Group Procurement S2P Product Specialist
As the Group Procurement S2P Product Specialist you will ensure the smooth operation and continued optimization of the S2P platform within the organization. You will be involved in the implementation project of the Coupa platform.
You will be responsible for overseeing the platform post-implementation maintenance, managing user access, supporting key users, executing improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of the Coupa S2P platform post-implementation.
- Involvement in the initial implementation project.
- Provide training and support to both internal users and external suppliers.
- Ensure process compliance and third-party risk management within the platform.
- Drive improvements and automation based on business needs and feedback.
Job requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant by experience.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on S2P systems or similar technology solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of the source to pay processes, S2P platforms (Coupa) and systems integration.
- Coupa experience is a plus.
- Analytical and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)in English. Knowledge of Dutch or any other European language is a plus.
- Willing to travel on occasional basis to manage processes and systems implementations and conduct trainings.
