Internal & External Quality Compliance Manager EU

To reinforce our Health Safety & Sustainability team we are looking for a Internal & External Quality Compliance Manager EU.

 

Mission and Key tasks

 

As the Internal & External Quality Compliance Manager you would be responsible for the EU quality strategy and lead/drive consumer and customer centricity into EU. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

- Drive the commercial teams to meet quality KPI’s.
- Make sure Medical device reporting is executed. 
- Provide the sales/marketing teams with tools & capabilities to handle major quality issues.
- Support the sales team with issue management, special reporting & analysis on consumer comments.
- Implement a process to ensure quality compliance issues are picked up from the EU market.
- Lead consumer complaints process owners network in the plants and sales teams. 
- Ensure timely quality performance reporting and train the EU organization on quality reporting tools.

 

Background and experience

 

- Master's degree (university or equal through experience) in engineering / science.
- Knowledge of Quality management systems as ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, Medical Devices …
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Interested in and knowledge of IT systems, mainly database-oriented.  
- Track records to show leadership in cross functional teams.
- Analytical skills and communication skills.
- Project management in cross functional teams.
- Commercial and business insight in the market.
