Mission and Key Tasks

As the Key Account Manager BeNeLux, you will manage and drive growth with our largest accounts in the region. You’ll develop customized strategies that align with customer needs and work closely with internal teams like R&D and supply chain to ensure our product quality and service exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting and implementing growth strategies for existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborating actively with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations and deliver added value.
• Building long-lasting relationships by meeting customers regulary, open communication and acting as the main point of contact.
• Supporting our sustainability efforts and strengthening our commitment to responsible business practices.

Background and Experience

We’re looking for a strategic, customer-focused professional with a hands-on approach and a drive to excel. Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or account management role, ideally in FMCG or Private label.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Dutch and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience building relationships across all levels of an organization.
• A solid understanding of the BeNeLux market and B2B2C relationship dynamics.
