Sales Coordinator

As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial team.


 

Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day commercial operations. This includes managing item setup, coordinating logistics, handling documentation, maintaining customer portal accuracy, and collaborating across teams to support broader sales initiatives. The coordinator is essential in keeping operations organized and timely, while contributing to achieving sales objectives, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

 

Main Responsibilities & Key Tasks

Commercialization Support

  • Manage item setup, start sheets, and data submissions across retailer systems and portals (e.g., dollar, mass, and retailer-specific platforms)
  • Handle pricing setup and verification across customer systems, ensuring accuracy, required approvals, and timely update
  • Coordinate packaging, specification, and product data with Product, R&D, and Design teams
  • Support artwork updates and packaging changes, ensuring timelines are met and systems are accurately updated
  • Maintain accurate master data and documentation to support launches, updates, and ongoing commercial execution

 

Sales Execution, Commercial Support & Reporting

  • Support day-to-day sales operations through order tracking and coordination across internal teams.
  • Partner with customer service, supply chain, and logistics (internal and external) to resolve shipment, instock, OTIF, and delivery issues
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize accurate sales documentation, reports, and materials for customer meetings, line reviews, and internal planning
  • Support trade deduction tracking and collaborate with Finance to reconcile claims
  • Assist with sales meeting preparation, ensuring data accuracy, deck coordination, and document version control

 

Operational Support & Process Management

  • Process and track product sample requests for customer reviews, line reviews, and internal use.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Quality teams on customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues.
  • Maintain organized shared folders, documentation structures, and version control to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Own document tracking and filing for launches, customer setups, and ongoing sales cycles.
  • Identify gaps in workflows and documentation and implement improvements to streamline commercial processes.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in CPG within sales operations, commercialization, supply chain, customer operations, or project coordination
  • Hands-on experience working with retailer portals and customer systems (item setup, pricing, product data, documentation)
  • Familiarity with retailer processes including launches, updates, timelines, and customer requirements
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems for sales, orders, and master data management
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting; ability to build and maintain clean, reliable trackers
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing customer-facing and internal sales materials
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, imperfect environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to create structure where it doesn’t exist
  • High ownership mindset with a can-do, self-starter attitude; comfortable learning new systems independently
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Product, and Compliance/Quality
  • Clear communicator who follows through, escalates when needed, and keeps work moving
  • Interest in growing into broader commercial responsibility over time
