Lab Technician

To reinforce our R&D team we are looking for a Lab Technician.

Mission and Key Tasks

To support our continuous growth and reinforce our R&D team in Buggenhout we are looking for a temporary R&D Lab Technician.

Your Role:

Generate and Summarize Lab Test Data: Conduct precise tests on finished products and raw materials. Summarize the data to ensure top-notch quality standards.
Analyze and Comment on Results: Provide clear and concise summaries of test results. Offer insights and suggestions for improvement.
Develop New Testing Methods: Collaborate with our R&D team to create and implement innovative testing methods for incontinence programs. Ensure these methods effectively evaluate product performance.
Create and Test Prototypes: Develop and test prototypes of new designs or formulations. Conduct tests to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.

Background and Experience

What Makes You Successful for the Job?

Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in textile technology, chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent.
Fluent in English: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is essential. Knowledge of French, German, or any other language is a plus.
Strong Executive and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively execute tasks and communicate clearly.
Analytical Skills and Organizational Talent: Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills.
