Product Developer Tampons (m/f/d)

Your role

You are a key contact for new product developments for Tampons and will play an important role in strengthening the Tampons team in getting more and more achievements.

• Gather, develop and evaluate ideas for novel products and machine processes in cooperation with the cross functional peers
• Lead and execute new product developments by managing the project teams and cross functional communication. This to assure timely delivery of new products and transparency in the organization
• Set up the master specification for new product & raw material developments including bill of material, product drawings, general quality recommendation, safety file
• Support a secured IP sustainable and innovative product development program by submitting all relevant product info to the Ontex legal counsels with the clear goal to avoid infringements or protect own intelligence and know how
• Support in integrating and driving the group sustainability strategy within the own projects, inside the innovation program, in line with the vision and mission of the organization
• Keep closely in-touch with Engineering, Marketing, Plants and sales for a successful project management and implementation

Your profil

• Higher education degree (Master) preferably related to product development, natural sciences
• A first experience in R&D, product development or project management is required
• Knowledge about raw materials (nonwovens, fibers,…), production processes, markets… is a plus
• Able to organize, prioritize and structure the work with an appetite to deal with several complex projects & procedures and are not afraid of paperwork and public speaking
• Fluency in German and English. Some knowledge of other languages is an asset
