Sales Representative

To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Sales Representative-Multan.

Mission and Key Tasks

Provide accurate product details to customers and keep them updated with offerings
Keep all necessary & required data for sales and respective market updated as per routine
Approach potential customers, organize market visits to demonstrate/present company products
Identify new areas and business opportunities and develop them
Responsible to achieve business targets of Primary & Secondary sales..
Market Visit Plan development and implementation.
Support in Screening and hiring of Order Bookers / Merchandiser / Brand Ambassadors
Capability development of distributors and distributor workforce
Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
Weekly reporting on all KPI’s to the Manager
Management of all Co. assets including POS material
Implementation of Sales software at distributor end has to be ensured

Minimum University Graduation e.g. Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration etc.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position and relevant market
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Effective communication skills with good command on English and local language
