Business Controller Frabelux

To reinforce our [[Finance]] team we are looking for a [[Business controller Frabelux]].

Your missions:

Actively partner with the General Manager and Commercial teams to deliver the BU and Customer Financial KPI’s (Top- and Bottom-line targets; AR targets (DSO); Forecast accuracy, etc.)
Deliver excellent Financial Planning & Analysis (Reporting, Forecasting, Planning) by working cross departments to achieve forecast and budget KPIs (with production and supply chain teams).
Act as owner of Budgeting & Forecasting
Analyze the commercial P&L vs plan, forecasts and prior year and translate into timely, structured, standard and comprehensible reporting & analyses for both the local teams as divisional team
Proactively provide financial support to strategic and operational decision-making processes at BU/Customer level
Analyze and interpret commercial, operational & financial data and translate these into timely, structured, standard and comprehensible sales, profitability and cost center reporting & analyses
Act as a catalyst and drive the sales budget, forecast and estimates
Develop financial models and simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects (e.g. for pricing, new product launches, investment projects etc.)
Develop sustained financial analysis, advise and controls to commercial activity (calculation of anticipated contract margin, scenario analysis, ad hoc reports) & other sales & marketing related projects

Support business leaders during project execution with financial analysis and KPI monitoring
