As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Cusomer service officer to join our Customer service team.
 

The Customer Service Officer ensures end‑to‑end execution of retail customer orders, guaranteeing accuracy, service level, and customer satisfaction.
The role involves daily customer communication, order management, and coordination with sales, logistics, and planning teams.
The position requires strong skills in SAP, order processing, complaint handling, and national / international shipment follow‑up.
Key competencies include multitasking, problem anticipation, continuous improvement mindset, and stress resilience.
Fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and rigorous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
