To reinforce our R&D team we are looking for a Process Industrialization Developer.

Ontex is a fast-growing international company where people are our most valuable asset. We’re looking for an innovative and problem-solving Process Developer to join our Industrialization Department, improving manufacturing systems and product quality.

Your Mission

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Plan, execute, and oversee process trials.
• Scale up production while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through material and machinery improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Procurement to drive innovation.
• Validate new processes and implement process risk assessments.
• Present ideas, train team members, and stay updated on industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience in Product/Process Development.
• Experience in R&D or project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
