Team Leader

To reinforce our Production & manufacturing team we are looking for a Team Leader.

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our production department. The successful candidate will promote a zero-accidents culture, drive process and product quality improvements, and lead the line crew to achieve overall results. This role involves monitoring process stability programs, analyzing KPI data, and resolving quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strive for zero accidents and promote safety culture.
• Lead and coach the engineering team to deliver KPIs.
• Manage technical resources to achieve KPIs.
• Identify opportunities and create solutions to eliminate losses/waste.
• Lead SMED workshops and root cause analysis on OEE losses.
• Exchange best practices with other process engineers.
• Promote shop floor transformation and coach teams in new mindsets and behaviors.
• Participate in Capex projects, providing process input to the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of process and quality issue resolution tools and techniques.
• Understanding of performance improvement and lean principles (waste identification, OEE, SMED).
• Ability to work autonomously and attention to detail.
