Accounts Payable Clerk

To reinforce our Finance team we are looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk.

Background and Experience

Requirements:

Competent with spreadsheets and databases
Must be driven, self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.
SAP knowledge is preferred.

Mission and Key Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing of accounts payable invoices.
Match invoices to purchase orders or vouchers to ensure accuracy.
Perform data entry tasks for accounts payable transactions.
Research and reconcile discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, or payments.
Provide support to the accounting department with various tasks and projects.
