To reinforce our Production & manufacturing team we are looking for a Reliability Engineer.

Monitor existing reliability programs, historical trends and KPI data for early identification and resolution of reliability issues

What am I expected to deliver, and what are my main tasks?

Ensure capture and analysis of production data, maintenance data and equipment work histories, to provide recommendations

Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis workshops for incidents triggered by documented procedures or at the request of the Operations Maintenance Coordinator

Lead disciplined and systematic meetings for equipment maintenance strategy development and for optimization of energy consumption

Lead the monthly review of equipment “bad actors”, create action plans to increase reliability, monitor performance vs. plans

Define process and maintenance changes that will provide the solution to the problems faced on a specific unit of a production line

Actively participate in the development of the Capex projects, providing reliability input to the Engineering/Projects team

Bachelor Engineering
What prior experience is required for the job?
2 – 3 years of experience in technical environment

Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and the tools associated with failure detection (i.e. vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography) as well as the software associated with them

Advanced computer skills with emphasis on condition monitoring software

Knowledge of tools and techniques related to reliability-centered maintenance

Understands how to drive performance improvement across working groups to achieve high performance
