As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Cluster Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics team.

Your mission at Ontex

As a Cluster Demand Manager, you will be the main partner for commercial, finance, and operations teams — ensuring a consistent, advanced, and data-driven demand planning process. This role combines strategic thinking, analytics, facilitation, and business understanding.

Your key responsibilities

Leading the Demand Planning process
Managing assumptions and demand drivers
Monetizing the demand plan
Scenario building and range analysis
External data integration (CPFR)
Continuous process improvement
Supporting the transformation to the IBP standard

Ideal candidate profile

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.

Experience

5–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP.
Proficiency in forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in demand-supply reconciliation processes.

Competencies

Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, including work with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of demand planning tools.
Knowledge of AI/ML in forecasting is an asset.
Excellent command of English.
