Senior Logistics Analyst - FTC

To reinforce our Supply Chain team we are looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst - FTC.
Mission and Key Tasks
As Senior Logistics Analyst UK & ROI you will be
Analysing current logistics solutions and initiate redesigning an optimal future footprint;
Installing new tools and more efficient ways of working within the logistics area;
Driving change, reshaping the end-to-end logistics solution and make it ready for the future;
Identifying, initiating and leading lean initiatives;
All job related activities are assumed to be executed in close collaboration with the local, multidisciplinary or central stakeholders. Having or creating a good knowledge of the Ontex processes and systems and equally fostering a good relationship with the multi-disciplinary community is considered to be a critical success factor for this role.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
Capturing in depth knowledge of Ontex end-to-end supply chain processes, footprint and cost drivers;
Support in creating a mid- and long-term logistics strategy and network end to end design;
Drive innovation and master a continuous improvement mindset: searching for optimizations, improvements; Including identifying and initiating tools, processes and techniques that add value to Ontex;
Create business cases, gather approvals hereto and implement accordingly contributing to cost improvements;
Align project portfolios with organizational goals and priorities;
Guide change management, training and process documentation;
Oversee all projects, its lifecycle from end to closure, prioritize and manage project resources efficiently;
Evaluate and refine project management methodologies to enhance delivery effectiveness;
Implement tools and dashboards to track project performance, KPIs, and ROI
Foster collaboration with other stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Planning, ..) timely and share company successes;
Background and Experience
Minimum 5Y experience in supply chain;
Passionate about logistics processes, improvements, tools and working in a X-divisional context;
Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies;
Independent problem solver with strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active and result driven attitude.
Knowledge SAP modules and BI reporting is an advantage
English is a must, other languages an advantage
Strong knowledge Excel
Team player with excellent communication skills
He/she is interested in working in an international environment and willing to make ad hoc short trips within and outside of Europe (travelling when adding value).
