Supply Chain Coordinator - FTC 6 Months

To reinforce our Supply Chain team we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator - FTC 6 Months.

Background and Experience

SAP operational experience in Sales & Distribution module

Good analytical skills

Strong eye for detail

GCSE Maths & English at grade C or above

Minimum 2 years' experience working in Supply Chain environment

Excellent organization and time management skills

Mission and Key Tasks

Inventory management and investigating stock discrepancies/shortages at Ontex contracted 3PL’s.

Receive orders from Distributors (B2B customers) and process the orders through SAP.

Receive orders from Acute Hospitals and process the orders through SAP

Create shipments and deliveries within SAP in line with customer demands.

Planning and scheduling deliveries for Distributors to ensure logistical efficiencies from Ontex’ production plants.

Blue Diamond orders – NHS direct deliveries from UK – to cover holiday.

Evaluate stock levels at Ontex production plants

Liaising directly with Customer Service and Supply Chain and Finance teams in multiple countries as well as UK Distributor Managers.

Resolve pricing queries and discrepancies.

Responsibility for day-to-day management of UK based haulers / forwarders.
